Private classes are the way to go if you have a child with learning difficulties (ASD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia). Many students have their classes funded NDIS under 'Telehealth - Daily Living Skills' You
will need to speak to your plan manager in regard to this.
This program is completely specific to your child and any part of the curriculum may be worked on, depending on what your child needs. Some families like their child to bring their school homework to their session. whatever it may be, the choice is yours.

Maths or English K-7
This is the most popular choice of class with families as it is cost effective and still delivers week after week.
Your child will be assessed and placed in a session which suits your schedule. This may mean working 6 or 12 months behind their current year at school in order to fill in gaps or it could mean working 6-12 months ahead to stimulate and progress further.

THOSE LITTLE EXTRAS
TO MAKE LEARNING FEEL LIKE HOME
We have a mini trampoline in our learning room which allows students with excess energy (or not), to have a quick jump and then get back into learning. Jumping improves alertness, attention and motivation all while helping to build new brain cells to assist in storing new information!

We also havea chicken coop out the back and a beautiful vegetable garden which some students like to visit. These little extra touches to our learning space help children to build the all-important sense of connection, while teaching empathy tolerance and acceptance. Our vegetable garden, which is always full of seasonal produce, helps to develop fine motor skills, improves cognitive skills and realeases stress. What's not to love?
